Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry and our made-to-order production model:

  • Earrings are non-returnable 

  • Personalized/custom items are non-returnable 

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • Item is unused and in original condition 

  • Item is returned in original packaging 

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection 

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method 

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account 

  • Contact your credit card company 

  • Contact your bank 

 


 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 


 

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
